Cinnamon Vanilla Sunflower Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Toast the sunflower seeds on a baking sheet until fragrant and golden, stirring occasionally, then let them cool for 10 minutes.
- In a food processor, puree the cooled sunflower seeds with 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and the sea salt until smooth.
- While processing, drizzle in the remaining sunflower oil until the desired consistency is reached.
- Add the vanilla bean paste and cinnamon, and pulse to combine.
- Taste and adjust salt or add lemon zest if desired.
