Homemade Sunflower Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Toss the raw sunflower seeds with cinnamon and spread them on a baking sheet.
- Toast the seeds for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
- Place the toasted seeds in a food processor and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes until a mealy texture forms.
- Scrape down the sides and continue blending for an additional 7 to 10 minutes until a thick paste is formed.
- Add optional extracts and sweeteners, then blend to combine. If needed, add melted coconut or avocado oil gradually for a smoother texture.
