Ingredients

  • 4 pieces tomatillos, roughly chopped
  • 1 piece avocado, seeded, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 piece lime, juiced
  • cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup white onion, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup water
  • to taste kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until well mixed and creamy.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for 3-5 days.
