Avocado Salsa Verde

Instructions
- Remove the husks from the tomatillos and wash them.
- Slice the tomatillos in half and place in the blender.
- Add lime juice, salt, and garlic to the blender and blend until puréed.
- Transfer the mixture to a large food storage container.
- Cut the cucumber into 2" chunks, pulse in the blender to chop, and add to the tomatillo mixture.
- Cut the onion into 2" chunks, pulse to chop, and add to the tomatillo mixture.
- Mince the jalapeño and add it along with chopped cilantro to the salsa, then stir to combine.
- Cube the avocado, add it to the salsa, and gently stir to ensure the avocado is covered.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
