Buttermilk Drop Biscuits

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish until about 3/4 melted, then stir to melt fully.
- Whisk the buttermilk into the melted butter until the mixture appears lumpy.
- Pour the buttermilk mixture into the well of the dry ingredients and fold until just incorporated.
- Spray a 1/4-cup measuring cup with non-stick spray, scoop the dough, and drop onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1 1/2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
