Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix Greek yogurt cream cheese, egg, creme fraiche, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder until smooth and set aside.
- In a pot, combine fire-roasted crushed tomatoes, black pepper, red cayenne pepper, Parmesan cheese, and oregano. Cook until bubbling, then remove from heat.
- In a pan, sauté mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, celery, and smoked chicken sausage until browned, about 5 to 8 minutes, then set aside.
- Cut mozzarella cheese into small chunks and set aside.
- In a baking dish, layer the cream cheese mixture, followed by the spicy crushed tomato sauce, then the sausage and veggie mixture, and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the dip for 20 minutes and serve hot with toasted crostini or tortilla chips.
