Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the Mozzarella cheese and mix gently with your hands until well combined.
- Roll about one tablespoon of the meat mixture into a ball and place on a non-stick baking mat on a baking sheet, ensuring space between each ball.
- Top each meatball with a small amount of shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Let them cool for 1-2 minutes, then insert a toothpick into each bite and serve hot.
