Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes, then drain excess grease.
- Add the browned sausage and all other ingredients (except green onions) to a slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cook on high for 1 ½ to 2 hours until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese has melted.
