Instructions
- Chop the onion and zucchini, and combine them with the mushrooms in a bowl.
- Toss the vegetables with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Heat a cast iron or oven-safe pan over medium-high heat and add your fat of choice.
- Season the filet with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the filet in the hot pan for two minutes on each side, then remove from heat.
- Add the prepared vegetables to the pan and transfer everything to the oven.
- Broil for 5-8 minutes until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving.
