Ingredients

Peach Syrup

  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 pieces very ripe peaches

Blackberry Syrup

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Strawberry Syrup

  • 1 pint strawberries
  • cup white sugar

Raspberry Syrup

  • 1 pint fresh or frozen raspberries
  • cup white sugar
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  1. For peach syrup, combine sugar and water in a saucepan, boil for 5 minutes, then add peaches and steep for 30 minutes before straining.
  2. For blackberry syrup, combine blackberries, sugar, water, salt, and vinegar in a saucepan, boil, then simmer for 10 minutes and strain.
  3. For strawberry syrup, combine hulled strawberries and sugar in a saucepan, simmer for 5 minutes, then blend to desired consistency.
  4. For raspberry syrup, combine raspberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan, boil, simmer for 5 minutes, then strain and blend if desired.
