Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add diced bell peppers, onions, and garlic; cook until softened.
- Move the pepper and onion mixture to the side and add ground turkey and taco seasoning; break apart the turkey and mix with the vegetables.
- Continue cooking, stirring regularly, until the turkey is fully cooked through.
- Heat corn tortillas in the microwave or a skillet until warm.
- Fill tortillas with the taco meat and veggies, then add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
