Buffalo Wing Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Frank’s Red Hot or similar cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons white vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, including the reserved liquid from the chickpeas, in a food processor or blender.
  2. Puree the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Serve the hummus with your choice of dippers.
