Instructions
- Heat a medium pot over medium-high heat and combine tomato paste, water, and olive oil until it begins to boil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the remaining ingredients, reserving some parsley for garnish.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
- If the sauce is too thick, add more water by the tablespoon until desired consistency is reached.
- Garnish with remaining parsley before serving.
