Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
- Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices and place in a baking dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the bread slices and soak for 5 minutes per side.
- Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Arrange half of the soaked bread in the pan and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer cooked toast to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while cooking the remaining slices.
- Serve warm, topped with butter, berries, and sifted confectioners’ sugar.
