Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Allow the butter to bubble gently, and watch for a brown rim to form around the top.
- Once it smells slightly nutty, strain the ghee through a cheesecloth-lined sieve.
- Transfer the strained ghee to a glass jar, discarding any dark solids.
