Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped watermelon
  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe
  • 1 cup chopped honeydew
  • ½ large cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • 10–12 leaves mint, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes juiced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly and serve with chips.
