Air Fryer Cauliflower

Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • ½ cup cauliflower florets

The seasoning blend

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt

The oil

  • 2 tbsp ghee, melted

Optional toppings

  • to taste Chipotle aioli
  • to taste Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • to taste Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and prepare the seasoning blend by mixing all the seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Chop the cauliflower into florets and place them in a mixing bowl. Add melted ghee and toss to coat.
  3. Add the seasoning blend to the cauliflower and toss again to coat evenly.
  4. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Once cooked, serve warm with any desired toppings.
