Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets

The seasoning blend

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt

The oil

  • 2 tbsp ghee, melted (or other cooking oil of choice)

Optional toppings

  • to taste Chipotle aioli
  • to taste Fresh chimichurri sauce
  • to taste Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • to taste Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and prepare the seasoning blend by mixing all the seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Chop the cauliflower into florets and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add melted ghee to the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  4. Add the seasoning blend to the cauliflower and toss again to coat evenly.
  5. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender with crispy edges.
  7. Serve warm with any desired toppings.
