Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2 to 3 minutes until bright green and tender.
- 2. Drain the green beans and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the red bell pepper and onion for about 2 minutes.
- 4. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and sauté for an additional 5 minutes until they start to soften and blister.
- 5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic, then pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet.
- 6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring everything is coated, then remove from heat and serve.
