Garlic Sesame Green Beans

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toast the cashews and sesame seeds on the baking sheet for 10 minutes and set aside.
- In a large dutch oven or saucepan, heat the avocado oil and sesame oil.
- Once hot, add the minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Add salt and pepper, then stir in the soy sauce.
- Add the green beans and toss to coat, cooking for a total of 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and add the toasted cashews and sesame seeds, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately.
