Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and blanch the green beans for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the green beans to cold water to stop cooking and pat them dry.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the green beans with the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese for 3 minutes.
- Add sesame seeds, toss, and remove from heat.
- Serve immediately.
