Chicken and Green Beans

Instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook the green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Remove the green beans and cover them.
- Wipe the pan clean, increase the heat to high, and add the remaining tablespoon of oil.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds.
- Return the green beans to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, honey, and soy sauce.
- Mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water in a small bowl.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and green beans, cooking for 30 seconds.
- Whisk in the cornstarch and bring to a boil, cooking for 1 more minute until the sauce thickens.
- Serve immediately, preferably over rice.
