Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting it into 1-inch cubes and coating it with a mixture of arrowroot powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the green beans until tender yet crisp.
- Whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger for the sauce.
- Combine the chicken back into the skillet with the green beans, pour the sauce over, and add the arrowroot mixture to thicken.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer until the sauce thickens and everything is well coated.
- Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds, over rice.
