Roasted Strawberry and Brie Grilled Cheese

For the sandwiches

sturdy sandwich bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Combine strawberries with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, and salt on a baking sheet, then bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the strawberries cool for 5 to 10 minutes after baking.
- Heat a large griddle or skillet over medium heat.
- Assemble the sandwiches by layering brie, roasted strawberries, basil, and arugula between slices of bread.
- Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
- Cook the sandwiches on the griddle, flipping once, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
