Honey, Thyme and Sweet Cherry Grilled Brie

Instructions
- 1. Simmer honey, thyme, and salt in a saucepan until boiling, then remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- 2. Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat, rub brie with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, then grill for 2-3 minutes per side until warm and gooey.
- 3. In a skillet, cook butter, cherries, and bourbon over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until cherries release juices.
- 4. Serve the warm brie topped with cherries and drizzled with honey, alongside toasted bread or crackers.
