Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine all pretzel ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread pretzels in an even layer on the baking sheets and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Allow pretzels to cool for about 20 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Unwrap the brie and place it in a baking dish, cutting a crosshatch pattern on top.
- Rub grated garlic over the brie, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with pepper and thyme leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and cover loosely with foil.
- Bake for 10 minutes covered, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with the seasoned pretzels.
