Ingredients

Seasoned Baked Pretzels

  • 1 ounce Bag Pretzels
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Caramelized Garlic Honey Baked Brie

  • 1 ounce wheel of brie
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • to taste pepper
  • 1-2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • for drizzling none olive oil
  • optional fresh fruits (e.g., pomegranate, persimmons, citrus), dried meats, prosciutto, dark chocolate, and honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all pretzel ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Spread pretzels in an even layer on the baking sheets and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  4. Allow pretzels to cool for about 20 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  6. Unwrap the brie and place it in a baking dish, cutting a crosshatch pattern on top.
  7. Rub grated garlic over the brie, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with pepper and thyme leaves.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and cover loosely with foil.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes covered, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
  10. Serve warm with the seasoned pretzels.
