Grilled Brie with Blackberry Basil Smash Salsa

Blackberry Basil Smash Salsa

fresh blackberries

fresh basil, sliced or chopped

jalapeño, finely chopped

juice of a lemon or lime

Instructions
- Prepare the salsa by smashing the blackberries in a bowl and mixing in basil, jalapeño, lemon or lime juice, and salt. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat the grill to high heat or the oven to 450°F.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the bread slices and rub with the halved garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the brie and bread slices for about 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred, being careful not to break the brie.
- Serve the warm brie drizzled with honey and topped with the salsa, accompanied by the grilled bread.
