Instructions
- Prepare the whole grain pizza crust using whole wheat flour, spelt flour, and oats.
- Spread cottage cheese and low fat mozzarella on the crust.
- Add a few rings of red onion on top.
- Bake the pizza in the oven until the crust is cooked.
- Once out of the oven, top the pizza with smoked salmon, arugula, capers, fresh dill, and additional onion rings.
- Cut into slices and serve.
