Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a pie dish with cooking spray.
- Mix the flours and everything bagel seasoning in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the oil and water, then combine with the flour mixture to form a dough.
- Press the dough into the pie dish evenly, covering the sides.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, dill, and salt. Stir in the capers and tomatoes.
- Pour the egg mixture into the unbaked crust, then dot with cream cheese and top with smoked salmon.
- Bake for 53-55 minutes until the quiche is set. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
