Smoked Salmon Breakfast Flatbread

red onion
peeled and sliced into thin strips

smoked salmon or nova lox

Everything Bagel Seasoning

white sesame seeds

teaspoon
black sesame seeds

teaspoon
dry minced onion

dry minced garlic

teaspoon
poppy seeds

teaspoon
kosher or sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the yogurt and combine until crumbles form.
- Knead the dough until tacky, then divide into 4 balls.
- Roll each ball into thin ovals and place on the baking sheet.
- Spritz with olive oil and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Top with half of the red onion mixed with olive oil.
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven and add cream cheese, tomato, salmon, capers, and dill.
