Ingredients

The pasta

  • 4 pieces whole wheat lasagnas

The filling

  • 60 g low fat cream cheese
  • cup low fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp capers, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • ½ bunch dill

The garnish

  • 20 g raw goat cheese
  • to taste lemon slices
  • to taste capers
  • to taste dill

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna according to the package instructions, then rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, capers, lemon zest, and black pepper together.
  3. Spread a quarter of the cheese mixture along the length of each lasagna.
  4. Top with 40g of smoked salmon and a few dill leaves, then carefully roll the lasagna.
  5. Place the rolls on a serving plate, with 2 rolls per plate.
  6. Garnish each roll with a dollop of the cheese mixture, a piece of smoked salmon, a sprig of dill, crumbles of goat cheese, and capers.
