Instructions
- Cook the lasagna according to the package instructions, then rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- Mix the cream cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, capers, lemon zest, and black pepper together.
- Spread a quarter of the cheese mixture along the length of each lasagna.
- Top with 40g of smoked salmon and a few dill leaves, then carefully roll the lasagna.
- Place the rolls on a serving plate, with 2 rolls per plate.
- Garnish each roll with a dollop of the cheese mixture, a piece of smoked salmon, a sprig of dill, crumbles of goat cheese, and capers.
