Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 cans tuna
  • cup celery, diced
  • cup finely chopped onion
  • cup toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped sweet tart apple

The dressing

  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • to taste freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and flake it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the celery, onion, apple, and pecans, then mix to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and mix well.
