Vanilla Rice Pudding

Instructions
- 1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot.
- 2. Add the rice and simmer for about 20 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- 3. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- 4. Lower the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring periodically until thickened.
- 5. Serve warm or cold, and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
