Instructions
- Whisk together milk, sugar, rice, salt, and cinnamon in a medium non-stick saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low and let it simmer uncovered until the rice is tender and the mixture thickens, stirring frequently for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in raisins and vanilla, and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Dust servings with additional cinnamon if desired.
