Instructions
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring continuously until they are golden and fragrant.
- Transfer the toasted seeds to a container to cool.
- Once cooled, place the seeds in a food processor and add the oil.
- Blend the mixture, scraping down the sides as needed, until it forms a paste.
- Adjust the consistency by blending longer if desired, and add salt if you like.
- Store the tahini in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
