Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the sesame seeds evenly on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove the seeds from the oven and let them cool for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the cooled sesame seeds to a food processor or blender, pulse to chop them, then add the olive oil.
- Blend for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
