Ingredients

  • 16 oz sesame seeds
  • ¾ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the sesame seeds evenly on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  3. Remove the seeds from the oven and let them cool for 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer the cooled sesame seeds to a food processor or blender, pulse to chop them, then add the olive oil.
  5. Blend for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
