Instructions
- Pour hulled sesame seeds into a food processor fitted with an 'S' blade.
- Process the seeds for about 5 minutes until they become crumbly.
- Scrape down the sides and continue processing for another 5 minutes until the tahini is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the tahini to a clean 16-ounce jar and seal with an airtight lid.
- Store in the fridge for up to 6 months.
