Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Scoop a scant 1 cup of batter into the waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer instructions until steam stops coming out.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- For crispier waffles, heat them in the oven or toaster after cooking.
