S'mores Rice Krispie Treats

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler on high.
- Toast half of the marshmallows on a baking sheet until golden brown.
- Prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large pot and add the remaining marshmallows until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt, then fold in cereal and graham cracker pieces.
- Allow to cool slightly, then fold in toasted marshmallows and chocolate.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press down.
- Let the treats set for at least 1 hour.
- Optionally, drizzle melted chocolate over the top and refrigerate to set.
