S'mores Krispies Bars

The marshmallow mixture

small marshmallows

mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

honey flavored graham cracker crumbs

vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare a 9x9 pan by spreading with butter or lining with non-stick aluminum foil.
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat, then add 1½ packages of marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the rice cereal and toss to combine.
- Butter your fingers and press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Top with the remaining 2 cups of marshmallows and broil for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, then lift from the pan and cut with a knife coated in non-stick spray.
