Ingredients

graham cracker cereal

brown rice syrup

The chocolate

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Freeze ½ cup of the chocolate chips to prevent melting.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and coat with nonstick spray.
- In a saucepan, heat brown rice syrup, peanut butter, and coconut oil until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt, then mix in the graham cracker cereal until coated.
- Quickly add the frozen chocolate chips and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, lift the treats out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
