S'mores Rice Krispie Treats

Teddy Grahams or graham crackers (broken into bite-sized pieces)

The marshmallow mixture

10-ounce bag + 2 cups
mini marshmallows (divided)

butter (plus more for greasing the pan)

Instructions
- Line an 8x8" baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease it with butter.
- In a large heat-safe bowl, combine Rice Krispies, Teddy Grahams, 1 cup mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- In a large heavy saucepan, heat 1 package + 1 cup mini marshmallows and butter over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat, add salt and vanilla, and stir until combined.
- Drizzle the marshmallow mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan and allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled, use the foil to pull out the treats and cut into equal pieces.
