Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the softened butter and mix until combined.
- Incorporate the confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, 1 Tablespoon of milk, and salt, beating until creamy.
- If desired, add another Tablespoon of milk to thin the frosting slightly.
- Taste and adjust with more salt if needed.
- Store any leftover frosting in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
