Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and measuring spices.
- Sauté the sausages in batches until browned, then set aside.
- Cook the onions until softened, adding a bit of broth if necessary.
- Add garlic and sauté briefly.
- Stir in remaining broth, seasonings, and bell peppers without stirring.
- Place sausages on top of the peppers without stirring.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spoon tomato paste on top without stirring.
- Seal the lid and set to pressure cook for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 4 minutes, then manually release remaining pressure.
- Remove sausages, stir the peppers and sauce gently, and serve.
