Pressure-Cooker Easy Ziti with Sausage and Peppers

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add sausage, onion, and bell pepper; cook until sausage is no longer pink.
- Stir in tomato sauce, water, and ziti.
- Lock the lid and bring to high pressure over medium-high heat; cook for 5 minutes.
- Quick release pressure and carefully remove the lid.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until pasta is tender, stirring often.
- Stir in basil and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
