Green Harissa Sauce
Ingredients

Italian parsley or cilantro (packed)

jalapeño, sliced

smoked paprika

coriander (or cumin)

teaspoon

plain yogurt (or silken tofu, or sour cream)
Instructions
- 1. Place all ingredients except yogurt in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- 2. Add yogurt and pulse again until combined, but not too smooth.
- 3. Taste and adjust salt and heat as needed.
- 4. Optionally, blend all ingredients in a blender, noting that yogurt will become a bit runny.
- 5. For a vegan version, blend silken tofu with olive oil, adjust salt, and add a squeeze of lemon or lime.
