Instructions
- Combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a mixing bowl.
- Blend on low until the cream cheese is broken up, then increase to high until thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Reduce speed to low and carefully blend in the pumpkin puree, scraping the bowl as needed.
- Serve with sliced apples and graham crackers, garnishing with cinnamon if desired.
- Store any leftovers in the fridge.
