Ingredients

The dip

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

Optional garnishes and dippers

  • to taste pumpkin pie spice (garnish)
  • to taste cinnamon (garnish)
  • to taste apples (sliced, for dipping)
  • to taste whole-wheat graham crackers (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend on low until the cream cheese is broken up, then increase to high until thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Reduce speed to low and carefully blend in the pumpkin puree, scraping the bowl as needed.
  4. Serve with sliced apples and graham crackers, garnishing with cinnamon if desired.
  5. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
