Pan Seared Corn with Bacon and Ranch

Ingredients

The Corn

  • 4 ears corn (white or yellow)
  • to drizzle none olive oil
  • a pinch none sea salt

The Toppings

  • ½ cup Sir Kensington's Ranch Dressing
  • 3 to 4 slices no sugar added pasture raised bacon

Instructions

  1. Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  2. Rub the corn generously with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Place the corn in the skillet, turning every two minutes until cooked on all sides, about 7 to 8 minutes total.
  4. Remove the corn from the skillet and place on a plate.
  5. Cook the bacon in the same skillet until crispy.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing over the corn and top with chopped bacon before serving.
