Pan Seared Corn with Bacon and Ranch

Instructions
- Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Rub the corn generously with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place the corn in the skillet, turning every two minutes until cooked on all sides, about 7 to 8 minutes total.
- Remove the corn from the skillet and place on a plate.
- Cook the bacon in the same skillet until crispy.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the corn and top with chopped bacon before serving.
