Instructions
- Remove the husks from the corn and cut the kernels off the cob, collecting them in a bowl.
- In a skillet, sauté the bacon until crispy, then set aside and reserve some for garnish.
- Keep 1-2 tablespoons of bacon drippings in the pan and discard the rest.
- Add butter, onions, and garlic to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the corn, paprika, white pepper, Creole seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes.
- Adjust seasonings to taste and serve warm.
