Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and shred the jackfruit with a spoon.
- In a food processor, pulse chickpeas and garlic until finely chopped, then add to the pan with brown sugar and spices.
- Stir the mixture and add barbecue sauce, allowing it to cook until browned.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing the jackfruit mixture on toasted buns, topping with slaw and any additional toppings.
